Professional Boundaries & Booking Policy

At Siobhán's Holistic Therapies, all treatments are provided in a safe, professional and respectful environment.

All therapies offered are professional holistic and therapeutic treatments designed to support relaxation, wellbeing and overall health. No sexual, sensual or intimate services are provided under any circumstances.

Massage & Draping Policy
Clients will be advised what clothing, if any, needs to be removed for their treatment. Clients must not fully undress. Underwear must remain on at all times. Appropriate draping with towels or blankets will be used throughout massage treatments, with only the area currently being treated uncovered.

Clients are expected to respect the professional boundaries of the therapist at all times. Any inappropriate comments, requests, exposure or behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the treatment. The client will be required to leave, future bookings may be refused, and any payment or deposit already made will be forfeited.

The therapist reserves the right to decline or discontinue any treatment at any time where they feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or where professional boundaries have not been respected.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy.

Deposits & Cancellations

A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows will result in the deposit being retained.
