Why aftercare matters

After your treatment, your body continues to process and respond to the work carried out during your session. Following simple aftercare advice can help to enhance the benefits, support your body, and prolong the feeling of relaxation.

General Aftercare Guidelines

To get the most from your treatment, it is recommended to:

  • Avoid alcohol for the rest of the day

  • Allow yourself time to rest and relax

  • Avoid strenuous activity immediately after your session

  • Eat light, nourishing meals
